Grade 12 certificate; Diploma in Hotel Management would be advantageous
Must have at least 1 years hote in a reservations position or 2 years experience in a reception position at a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience at operator level of Property Management System – exposure to Opera advantageous

Outstanding Telephone Manner
Excellent command of the English language
Solid English verbal and written communication skills
Able to workÂ occasional weekends and holidays
