Provide input into the development and delivery of the company strategy
Maintain and Grow Sales within existing customers
Construct and implement a sales plan and call cycle for Platinum, Key, Wholesale, Corporate, Corporate Gift and eCommerce clients.
Deliver against the divisions signed off operating plan and sales targets
Monitor and maintain customers to ensure consistent delivery of business within targets
Ensure that customers are informed of products other than their usual purchases.
Coordinate and enable consistent and effective implementation of all selling, promotional and operational initiatives across the Sales Division.
Ensure the delivery of a consistent customer (Client and Shopper) experience in line with the agreed service levels.
Constantly seek opportunities to increase sales and maximize returns for client’s stores with optimum stock levels to support.
Strong focus on staff training and development
Ensure the visual merchandising by store is consistent and as per the VM manual
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the COO and Head of Department for your region.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales
Highly computer literate in Word, Excel, on an intermediate level
Knowledge of Trader and Navision is essential
Valid Drivers and reliable car
Prior sales experience in target driven environment within the retail/FMCG sector
