As a Sales Representative, you will seek out, qualify and close new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth while building and managing long-term customer relationships/partnerships, responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process. You will create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
You will apply knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them and utilize applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as to increase business growth. Also, you will participate in professional organizations and appropriate trade shows.

Required
A proven sales track, especially design and estimation experience of VRF products
Additional experience of working in a front line sales position, selling direct to the customer
Capability to design technical solutions, select equipment, advise customers on possible solutions and close the sales
Expertise in design tools and CAD
Previous experience in a consultant or a supplier
Proven ability in developing and delivering sales activities and market growth for new customers
Ability to influence key stakeholders in the customer’s buying decision process
Tireless, results driven, strong sales drive and hunter mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
