Job Description

RECEPTIONIST: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS ( MUST PROVIDE PICTURE)

Overseeing the reception area.

Monitoring the visitor’s log book and maintaining the appointment diary either manually or electronically.

Welcoming all guests on arrival.

Notifying employees of their clients on arrival.

Monitoring and assisting with visitor parking access and maintaining security awareness.

Managing all staff access. (Parking bays / Access Tags)

Answering incoming calls and taking detailed messages.

Monitoring and ensuring that the staff attendance register is completed on a daily basis.

Submitting the completed monthly attendance register to HR for record purposes.

Updating the staff birthday calendar and assisting with the necessary planning thereof.

Receiving and sorting post and/or deliveries.

Boardroom management.

Receipt/delivering all post to and from clients.

Assisting with accommodation and travel arrangements for all staff members, at Head Office and Stores. (Local and International)

Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of the Organization.

Providing general administrative and clerical support to the Organization.

Overseeing the Office Cleaner.

Ordering and maintaining the kitchen and office supplies.

Adhoc administration duties.
