All Administrative / Receptionist duties e.g. answering the telephone, assist with queries and all other general office duties
Generating Membership Certificates
Assist in the planning and attend all Company Events
Meet and Greet Visitors
Set up and serve Refreshments for Meetings
Day to day working and updating on our Your Membership System/Programme
The Successful Candidate must be:
Computer Literate. - In house training will be provided on our Your Membership Programme
Good communication skills – telephone and written.
Able to work accurately and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
Responsible person who takes pride in their work.
Be able to attend to all work immediately and promptly.
The ability to work on their own at times and under pressure.
Punctual and have good time management
The Successful Person must have the following Experience:
General Office and Admin
Marketing Experience will be advantageous
The successful person will report directly to the Administrative Manager.
Monthly salary R7 000 per month
Pension Fund whereby the Employer contributes the full 16% for the Employee.
Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and
Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm
